Shipping

Our knitpieces are made for you after you place your order. Production time is shown at checkout. Within Germany we ship by DHL standard shipping for a flat €6.90 per order. Deliveries outside Germany cost a flat €25 per order. Delivery time starts once payment is received or your payment term applies, and ends when the stated production and shipping period has elapsed.

Once your order is finished and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when the carrier provides tracking.

Payment

Your payment is processed securely via Mollie. These payment methods are currently available at checkout:

• Klarna
• Credit & debit card
• Prepayment by bank transfer

Made to order & returns

Standard made-to-order pieces are produced in our fixed sizes and lengths after you order. They qualify for the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery of the goods, unless an exclusion applies.

Custom-length pieces: For selected pieces you can choose an individual length. Because your knitpiece is made specifically to your selection, there is no right of withdrawal for custom-length pieces where permitted by law (German Civil Code § 312g (2) no. 1).

Delivery area

We ship to countries available at checkout. Customs or import charges for international orders are communicated at checkout where relevant.

Transport damage

Please inspect parcels on delivery. If you notice transport damage, document it and contact us promptly at info@atelier3k.de.
