Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ATELIER 3K GbR, St. Georgener Str. 7, 79111 Freiburg, email: info@atelier3k.de) of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g. email or post). You may use the model form below but are not required to do so.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning exercise of the right of withdrawal before the period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB). This includes our custom-length pieces with a length chosen by you.

For standard made-to-order pieces in fixed sizes and lengths, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies from receipt of the goods where no exclusion applies.
